I think it’s fantastic how much continuing education plays a part in the careers of Samsara’s employees, but what I love even more is that Betty and Melissa want their clients to be educated as well. I’ve attended special classes where Brooke taught women how to create a smoky eye, and where Kay, a Cosmedix rep, analyzed our skin with a scanner and then suggested products that would work best for our specific conditions. Free gifts and special discounts were offered to those who attended. I’m always looking forward to the next class!

For my best friend's birthday I decided to treat her to a massage, so I purchased a couple's massage package so we could be in the same room. The salon was adorable, and our massages were great! Everyone was friendly and attentive-will return!

I needed a hairstylist/make up artist in a pinch when my original stylist bailed on me the week before my wedding! Melissa at Samsara came to me rescue and created a beautiful look for me, with hair and makeup that was polished, but natural and romantic. I was so happy with my total look! I was so happy with my trial, I also got my nails and rehearsal dinner do' done at the salon and was so pleased with the results. The salon is in a charming old building in downtown Sykesville. If you don't live near the area, it is worth the trip.
