CHILDREN: Services enjoyed in the SPA require a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Therefore, children are not permitted in this SPA. This includes all waxing services, as well. In the SALON area, we ask that you remind your children to sit quietly, avoid running, spinning or climbing on chairs or touching station equipment. Sharp objects, hot tools and cords are potentially dangerous to your child. We want to ensure their safety while in our home.

CELL PHONES: Samsara is a cell phone-free salon. In order to provide the full salon and spa experience, we ask you refrain from cell phone use and turn all phones to silent mode during your visit.

CANCELLATIONS: A 24-hour notice for any single service, and a 48-hour notice for multiple services is required. Any notice to cancel beyond this time-frame could result in a 100% charge of the services scheduled.

LATE ARRIVALS: A late arrival presents a challenge for completing the full service. Should a conflict arise, we reserve the right to reschedule any appointment that is 15 minutes later or later to a more convenient time, ensuring our ability to provide the full service you deserve.

PREGNANCY: Women in their 1st trimester of pregnancy are not eligible for massage services. We look forward to serving you during your own personal escape!

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift certificates are available for any denomination (minimum $25) and may be purchased on-line, in-salon or by phone. Pricing for an intended service or package included in your gift will be subject to a one-year expiration. However, the full value of the gift may be applied toward any service or product. Please be aware that gift certificates are not redeemable for cash or gratuities. If the recipient is unable to take advantage of their gift, they are transferable.
